Devon Ceramics was founded by Vernon Gay in 1981. The company was set up after Vernon successfully completed a scholarship, sponsored by Cadbury Schweppes and achieved the prestigious ‘Best UK Young Commercial Designer’ Award. Since then, the business has grown from strength to strength and evolved into a highly respected and reputable seasonal gift solutions design and manufacturing company.

Devon Ceramics has a large purpose-built site in the heart of the Devonshire town of Totnes. As the business grew, and the decision was made to expand and diversify, the site also became home to ‘China Blue’ which provides a state-of-the-art versatile, creative, contemporary retail and visitor experience.
Located a short distance from our main offices in Totnes we have a large 32,000 sq ft processing facility, which manages gifts and hampers through assembly, packing and fulfilment – with quick and efficient dispatch as required.
